Q: What metals do you use in your jewelry? A: We only use high-quality materials in our jewelry. Our sterling silver pieces are made with 925 silver, and our gold pieces are made with 18k gold vermeil coating, which is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver (2.5 micron). Each product page on our website includes information on the metal(s) used in that particular piece of jewelry.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry? A: We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and excessive moisture. Additionally, we recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or pouch.

Q: Can I return or exchange my jewelry? A: Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Our processing time varies depending on the item(s) ordered and from where you’re ordering. In general, most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You can check the estimated delivery date for your order during checkout.
