All orders receive tracking numbers with live updates of your package. All tracking information is sent within 24 hours after dispatch! If you have not received your tracking number within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

We hope you'll be pleased with your new Rosa Rose jewelry, however if something isn't quite conform to your satisfaction, we're here to help. If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, you can easily return it within 30 days of delivery.
