Processing Time: Our processing time consists of production, order verification, product personalization, product quality control and packaging. Due to the large number of orders, this currently accounts for 10-12 working days
Shipping time: Shipping time is the time it takes to ship and deliver your jewelry to your home.

- Netherlands / Belgium: 3-5 working days
- Other EU countries: 3-5 working days
- USA / UK / Canada / Rest of the world: 4-5 working days
All orders receive tracking numbers with live updates of your package. All tracking information is sent within 24 hours after dispatch! If you have not received your tracking number within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.
Return Policy
We hope you'll be pleased with your new Rosa Rose jewelry, however if something isn't quite conform to your satisfaction, we're here to help. If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, you can easily return it within 30 days of delivery.
